Nestled on the shores of the Moray Firth, Nairn Golf Club is among the finest links courses in Scotland.

When you consider the illustrious names that have had a hand in shaping it, it comes as no surprise. The course has hosted many championship matches; most recently the Walker Cup and the Curtis Cup.

Nairn's 6,774 yards equally rewards and tests the golfer. Each hole boasts spectacular sea views, but the firm, fast and narrow gorse-lined fairways require accuracy. On any of the first seven holes a poor strike could result in the ball visiting the sea. The greens are fast and true, but sited in difficult spots, with most well protected.

This is a classic Scottish out-and-back course that is a must-play.
